1. Scope and Acceptance

Peptiscope is a member-run platform for structured, anonymous peptide-experience reporting and aggregate display. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You represent that you are legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations regarding substances referenced on the platform.
• You are responsible for account activity, credential security, and keeping account information accurate.
• You must not share accounts, impersonate others, or access accounts without authorization.

3. User Content and License

You retain rights to content you submit, to the extent allowed by law. By submitting content, you grant Peptiscope a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, analyze, and display that content for operating, improving, securing, and presenting aggregate platform outputs.

You represent that you have the right to submit content and that your submissions do not violate law or third-party rights.

Aggregated, de-identified statistical outputs derived from submissions are the property of Peptiscope.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for lawful, non-abusive purposes.
• Do not submit intentionally false, misleading, harmful, harassing, or defamatory content.
• Do not include identifying personal information in report content.
• The platform is not intended to facilitate acquisition, preparation, or administration of substances for human consumption. Do not submit instructions, protocols, sourcing guidance, or dosing recommendations.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape data at abusive volume, or interfere with system integrity or availability.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Peptiscope may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risk, or expose the platform to legal or operational harm.

This includes spam, repeated misinformation, unsafe claims, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or other abusive behavior. Enforcement actions may include content removal, temporary suspension, permanent account bans, and action against ban-evasion attempts (including creation of replacement accounts), with or without prior notice.

6. Medical and Safety Disclaimer

The service is informational only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Platform outputs are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. See the Safety Disclaimer for additional details.

You agree not to rely on platform outputs for health, safety, dosing, treatment, or medical decision-making.

7. Data and Privacy

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy & Data Use page and Cookie & Storage Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge those data practices.

8. Intellectual Property

The service design, software, branding, and non-user content are owned by Peptiscope or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No ownership rights are transferred to you except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

9. Service Availability and Changes

The service may change over time, including features, access rules, and data presentation. Peptiscope may suspend or discontinue portions of the service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/accurate availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptiscope and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peptiscope and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Peptiscope may suspend or terminate your access for Terms violations, risk mitigation, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes should first be raised through good-faith contact so both parties can attempt informal resolution.

15. Changes to These Terms

Peptiscope may update these Terms. Material updates will be reflected by a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
